• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Overdue payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIChatbot.US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIChatbot.US and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
